Caulifowers in our Curdivex® range have 3 key attributes:
1.) the white curd,
2.) a diverse set of new genetics in our pipeline
3.) the ability to give the grower a more fexible harvest window.
Whitex matures in 72-78 days (UK & IE) and 70-75 days (Nordics & Baltics). Whitex has a vigorous and upright plant habit and produces a bright, white curd which is easy to see when mature. This easy to see curd helps with making harvest more effcient. Whitex also has excellent shelf life with the curd staying whiter for longer when compared to our current portfolio.
