April is a good month to be thinking of late Autumn and Winter Cauliflowers with Seminis having the varieties to help you get to those essential Class 1 yields!
Seminis late Autumn variety SV5982AC has performed very well in a most difficult season last year with very impressive Class 1 yields with that all important uniformity of cut.
Following this is SV5697AC and Carantic which performs well in the very difficult mid-January to February slots from July plantings. Carantic is a reliable large framed variety having a very upright habit, clean leaf plus a solid curd giving good presentation, making for easier cutting and bagging.
